Tony grew up in Dartmouth, NS, and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary's University, and a Masters in Business Administration from Dalhousie. He joined RBC Dominion Securities in 1988 after four years with a major chartered bank, as the first MBA hired for commercial banking in NB/PEI. He then worked in the bank's treasury department where he was the assistant trader in Foreign Exchange for Atlantic Canada, the Gaspe and selected US Corporate accounts.  Since joining RBC DS, Tony has continued his professional education and acquired the designation of Canadian Invesmtment Manager (CIM), standing as a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute  (FCSI), and has obtained both his insurance and options licenses. He became a Vice-President in 1998 after being nominated and completing the Partners and Directors exam.
Tony is actively involved with the community. Tony has been Big Brothers Big Sisters of Halifax since 1997 (six of which was spent leading their Golf Classic). He also has been on the board of the Dartmouth Titans Gymnastics Club for Five years, and with the Halifax Kiwanis for three years. Tony was also involved with the IWK/Grace Hospital Building Campaign.

Michelle Joined RBC Dominion Securities in August 2012, bringing with her 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has held various positions in retail banking and,  most recently, the position of Associate with another major brokerage firm.   Through the CSI,  Michelle has completed the Canadian Securities course, the Conduct and Practices course, and  is currently enrolled in the Wealth Management Essentials course. She assists clients with all aspects of account maintenance including issuing funds, providing quotes and accepting orders.

Mary Isenor is responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions for clients, including cash flow management, tax, retirement, insurance and estate planning. Prior to joining RBC, Mary was providing professional services to individuals and their owner-managed entities, specializing in tax planning. During her career, Mary has been employed by two of the large public accounting firms where she advised on the tax consequences of mergers, reorganizations along with estate and trust planning.

Paul has been employed in the financial services industry since 1998, and has extensive experience working with a number of Canada's largest insurance companies. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and holds the Certified Health Specialist (CHS) designation.

Sharon Avery, LL.B.

Sharon provides you with information on structuring your estate in an efficient and tax-effective manner.  Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, Sharon was in private practice for a large regional firm, and practiced in the areas of medical defence, health law, estate litigation, wills, estates and trusts.  Sharon earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie Law School in 2006, a Bachelor of Public Relations degree from Mount Saint Vincent University in 1996 and a diploma in Community Services in 1986.
