Shannon worked in private practice for ten years before joining RBC in 2010. She specialized in the areas of Wills & Estate planning, Estate administration and Real estate.
Shannon graduated from the University of Guelph with a Honors B.A. and received her LLB from the University of Toronto in 1998. She is a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association Estates Section (Ontario) and the Oxford Law Society.

Mark is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and a Trust and Estate Practitioner. He has completed all three levels of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth Tax Course, as well as the Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business Course and the Corporate Reorganizations Course.
Mark has served as Chair of the Board of Evaluators for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario and Treasurer for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ontario. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Queens University.
