Ryan Krahn, CFP

Investment Advisor


Ryan has been in the Investment business for 17 years, joining RBC in 2007 as  a Financial Planner. He joined RBC Dominion Securities as and Investment Advisor in 2012, looking to give clients he works with greater access to the exclusive Wealth Management services that Dominion Securities offers. Ryan has been married since 2008 and in 2013 Ryan and his wife Jennifer welcomed twins to their family. In his spare time Ryan has many interests including playing hockey and golf.

Ryan is a graduate of the University of Calgary with an BA in Economics and a minor in Finance. He completed his CFP designation in 2008.

In her spare time, Johanna enjoys a variety of activities with her family;  including skiing, mountain biking and camping

John attended the University of Manitoba and received a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2002. Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities John worked with a prominent national law firm and a large trust company where he gained extensive experience in estate administration, Wills, trusts, powers of attorney and personal directives. John is a member of The Law Society of Alberta, The Canadian Bar Association and The Calgary Bar Association.
Coady Cormier, BBA, LL.B, TEP

Coady has assisted high-net-worth and ultra high-net-worth families with tax and estate planning since 1992.  His guidance supports clients in their relationships with their external professional advisors, with whom he frequently interacts. 
His expertise includes tax and estate planning for executives, business owners, professionals, retirees, and individuals with U.S. issues. 
Coady's background includes the CIAC In-Depth Tax Course (Parts I, II and III), a law degree from Dalhousie Law School, and a finance degree from Bishop's University.  Called to the Ontario Bar in 1992 and the Alberta Bar in 1998, Coady honed his expertise as a tax, legal, and estate professional in private practice, in government, and with a trust company. 
Coady is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Canadian Bar Association (Southern Alberta Branch, Tax Specialist and Wills Sections), and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Canadian Chapter, Calgary Branch).  He holds a full Life Insurance License in Alberta.

Eric Milner, CLU, CHS

Eric is a valuable member of Ryan's team, helping you create, preserve and increase your wealth by incorporating insurance solutions into your comprehensive financial plan. He is able to provide innovative and tax-efficient solutions to various wealth management needs.

Having begun his career in the financial services industry in 2003, Eric has a diverse range of experience working in both sales and management positions, within a variety of Canadian life insurance companies. He joined RBC WM FS in 2014.

With experience in both personal and corporate insurance planning, Eric is able provide unique and customized solutions to meet your needs and maximize the financial and tax advantages of insurance products. He focuses on wealth management solutions to manage financial risk, business succession planning and maintaining family harmony, and assist in the realization of philanthropic goals.

Focused on continual learning, Eric obtained a Bachelor’s degree (BA) from Ambrose University College along with a number of industry designations including the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) in 2012, followed by the Certified Health Specialist (CHS) in 2014. He has also completed and obtained the Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designation in 2010. Along with the above educational pursuits, Eric is also a member of ADVOCIS, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, which is the oldest and largest voluntary professional membership association of financial advisors and planners in Canada.

Eric lives in Calgary with his wife and four children and enjoys an eventful social life. He is actively involved in community organizations and is an avid reader.
