Scott brings his 33 plus years of financial services experience to the clients he meets, including 18 years in public practice (six years as a Partner) with a local CA firm. He has worked with clients in the areas of tax, estate and business strategy including family business succession planning.

Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management Services, Scott provided services for four years to RBC clients as a Commercial Account Manager, focused on owner-managed business and agriculture clients, and four years as a Private Banker, assisting high net worth clients with personal banking, credit and financial planning needs.

Scott is member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, and the Financial Planners Standard Council. He is a Canadian Association of Family Enterprises trained family business facilitator, a Family Business Advisor and graduate of the University of Guelph with an animal science and agriculture business degree. He is also a member of the Canadian Association of Farm Advisers and holds a CAFA designation, (Certified Agriculture Farm Advisor).

Shannon worked in private practice for ten years before joining RBC in 2010.

She specialized in the areas of Wills & estate planning, estate administration and real estate. Shannon graduated from the University of Guelph with a Honours B.A. and received her LL.B. from the University of Toronto in 1998. She is a Member of the Law Society of Ontario.

Shannon lives in Woodstock, Ontario with her husband and three kids.

Suzanne's focus is to protect and enhance family and business wealth. She is a trusted professional known for expert wealth management advice utilizing advanced, insurance-based tax and estate planning solutions.

Prior to RBC, Suzanne built her career at a major accounting firm and a boutique tax and estate planning firm. Along with professional designations, she has completed the CICA's In-Depth Tax Course. She was featured as an expert on BNN and HGTV's House Poor and has contributed to the Globe and Mail, National Post and co-authored 78 Tax Tips for Canadians for Dummies.

Suzanne uses her in-depth technical knowledge to carefully understand what can complicate your unique financial situation and collaborates with your other professionals to uncover where you might be exposed to excessive taxes and risk. This planning is essential for business owners, professionals, executives and those with charitable goals.

As a Premier Banking Advisor Caroline provides personal service and tailored advice to help clients save time and effectively manage their day to day banking needs. Caroline works as a single point of contact and partners with Investment Advisors and Counsellors across Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph and Orangeville and provides banking and credit solutions for select clients of Wealth Management Canada and their families.

With 10 years of experience in financial services with RBC, Caroline is respected by her clients, peers and the industry, and has enjoyed success in several different roles in assisting clients achieving their goals.

She's an Honours graduate from Durham College and University of Ontario Institute of Technology and holds a holds a Diploma in Business Administration with a major in Operations Management.

Caroline is deeply committed to giving back to her community; she has taken the lead in various RBC fundraising initiatives such as "Coats for Kid's" and the "United Way Backpack Drive". As well, she has also been a strong supporter and advocate of the Durham Humane Society by taking animals in need into her home.

Born and raised in London, Ontario, Caroline enjoys travelling to various destinations in the Caribbean as well as her family country of origin, England. On her spare time, she loves to spend time with her animals, cooking for her family and gardening.
