Malte has been with RBC Since 1990. He began his career with RBC in Personal Financial Services and switched to Commercial Financial Services in 2000. He started working with First Nation Bands and their Economic Development Initiatives in 2002 and is now the Aboriginal Specialist for the Pacific Northwest.
Malte graduated from Grande Prairie Regional College in 1989 after studying Business Administration and Marketing.
Tracy Dykens manages the day-to-day office operations and staff of The Stanton Group as well as personally assisting Richard Stanton. Tracy has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH).

Nicole received her Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Dean's List) in 1991 and her Bachelor of Law Degree in 1999 from the University of British Columbia.
Prior to joining RBC, Nicole practised law for ten years in downtown Vancouver, first at a national law firm and then at a boutique tax and trust law firm. Nicole's practice focused on the implementation of tax and estate plans, Wills, domestic and offshore trusts, charities and business succession. Nicole is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts Section and Charities Section and the Canadian Association of Gift Planners. Nicole's significant practical experience in estate planning allows her to offer valuable guidance in the development of your estate plan.

Tony has completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' In-depth Tax Course and the Canadian Tax Foundation Estate Planning Course. He is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Canada), and Advocis.
