Growing up as the child of immigrants, Paul saw how hard his parents worked to provide for him and his brothers, and the strain that often came along with it. His experience sparked a passion for helping families achieve greater peace of mind, and led Paul to his current work in the financial services industry.
With more than a decade of experience at RBC, Paul harnesses diverse knowledge to provide his clients with expert wealth solutions. In his most recent role as an Investment and Retirement Planner, Paul spent six years helping clients develop sound investments, retirement strategies and estate plans. In addition to professional advice and expertise, Paul provides access to a full suite of solutions throughout RBC to help clients achieve their goals, whether it’s securing their ideal retirement, navigating career transitions, minimizing tax, creating a legacy or beyond. He specializes in helping business owners and entrepreneurs grow and protect their life's work with customized roadmaps, long-term planning advice and succession strategies.
Paul is known among clients for his genuine, accessible communication. He approaches every interaction as an opportunity to further build a meaningful relationship, taking the time to simplify any complex financial concepts and gaining a full understanding of what matters most to his clients.
A firm believer in ongoing education, Paul obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with a specialization in finance in economics from Lakehead University. He also holds the advanced industry designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Personal Financial Planner (PFP).
Outside of the office, Paul is an avid sports enthusiast – when he isn’t cheering on the Toronto Raptors, he can often be found working on his golf game. Paul also enjoys staying active in his community as a volunteer for Albion Neighbourhood Services, and is the vice president of the Lakehead Alumni Association.
