Neil is a graduate of the University of Alberta (1977). He has been advising clients on their financial affairs since and began his career as an Investment Advisor in 1988 with a predecessor firm of RBC Dominion Securities in Red Deer, Alberta. He has earned the trust and respect of his clients by providing them with sound, reliable investment advice. Today, Neil continues to build his business through introductions and referrals from clients. 

Neil is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (1997) and has received the professional designation Chartered Investment Manager (1997). In 1993, Neil was made a Vice-President of RBC Dominion Securities. This appointment is the highest honour bestowed upon Investment Advisors at our firm and was made in recognition of his dedication to clients and his leadership among his colleagues at RBC Dominion Securities. 

Giving back to the community is the responsibility of everyone in that community. Neil actively contributes to the community through the Rotary Club, and other volunteer work.

             Colin Biblow, Estate Planning Specialist
Colin is a valuable member of our team helping to create, preserve and increase your wealth by incorporating insurance into your comprehensive financial plan. Specializing in estate planning, Colin is able to provide innovative and tax efficient solutions to various wealth management issues. Additionally, he is able to focus on personal and corporate solutions while addressing needs related to estate preservation, excess taxation and farm and business succession planning.
Colin began his career in the insurance industry in 2002 working for a national wealth management firm, focusing on investment management and insurance solutions. He joined RBC in 2011.
Attending the University of Regina's Faculty of Administration, Colin completed his degree in 2002. He has earned his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Financial Management Advisor (FMA) designations. He is also a member of ADVOCIS, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, which is the oldest and largest voluntary professional membership association of financial advisors and planners in Canada.
Colin lives in Saskatoon with his wife and daughter. He is very active in community organizations and volunteers numerous hours throughout the year with a variety of community service groups.
Tracy Evison-Harrell, Private Banker
Prior to joining Private Banking, Tracy ran a successful financial planning practice at RBC. She brings over 30 years of experience in financial services and RBC to her role.
As a dedicated relationship manager, she creates tailored banking, personalized short and long-term lending solutions and flexible credit packages for sophisticated clients. By partnering with a broad group of RBC experts in Canada and key markets worldwide, she is able to provide a complete range of services - including business banking, estate planning, domestic and international trusts, financial planning and investing both discretionary and non-discretionary - to meet each client's specific needs.
She has received two awards for her performance and level of professional expertise at RBC. She also holds several professional designations including Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). These credentials add an additional layer of insight into the often complex tax, trust and estate planning needs of her high net-worth clients.

Joyce graduated from the Univeristy of Prince Edward Island with a B.Sc. and from Dalhousie Law School with her Bachelor of Laws. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 1986. Prior to joining RBC, Joyce practiced law exclusively in the areas of wills, estate planning, estate administration, trusts and charities law.
Avideh is an experienced lawyer with a strong commitment to educating people on the importance of estate planning. An accomplished public speaker, Avideh is a frequent presenter on Wills and Estates for organizations such as the Legal Education Society of Alberta, the City of Edmonton, Next Step Continuing Education and the Edmonton Community Foundation. She has also been featured on Global TV, Shaw TV, and various financial education websites.

Joyce and Avideh will work closely with Neil to provide you with information on structuring your estate in an efficient and tax-effective manner. Following your meeting, they will provide you with a report outlining various estate planning issues for you to explore in further detail with your own lawyer or accountant.
