Mohammad Ayaz offers a unique blend of knowledge and global experience as your investment advisor. After completing his MBA in Asia, Mohammad worked at an international pharmaceutical company and later joined an investment bank as its youngest vice president.
Mohammad came to Canada in 2000 and joined one of Canada's premier financial institutions as a financial advisor to high net worth individuals and businesses, providing wealth management advice about both sides of the balance sheet. In 2004, he was offered a role as a financial planner in the Oakville office of RBC Royal Bank, serving clients from Brantford to Ottawa. In 2012, he was selected to train the new financial planners in practice management in the newly formed Caribbean office of RBC Royal Bank. Due to his success and expertise, he was offered a position as an investment advisor with RBC Dominion Securities' Oakville branch in 2013.
Over the years, Mohammad has completed various advanced programs in order to stay abreast of the ongoing changes in the financial marketplace and to provide solutions uniquely tailored to his clients' multifaceted needs. His designations include Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Financial Management Advisor (FMA). He also holds the prestigious Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designation.
In providing professional wealth management, Mohammad believes in the family-first approach. Understanding the family dynamics of his clients, as well as their goals and concerns, helps in designing unique strategies and solutions for everyone—no matter what their life stage. Mohammad takes a particular interest in helping business owners, as well as offering specialized investment planning and financial education for women.
Mohammad is active in the community and volunteers for several charities and institutions, including the Kiwanis and Halton committees for helping new immigrants settle in Canada, and is a committed fundraiser for Oakville Trafalgar Hospital. He also coaches young bankers in banking and financial disciplines. He lives in Oakville with his wife and two kids.
