Melissa was raised on a farm in a small community in Ontario. Her upbringing instilled in her core values centered by empathy and never shying away from a hard days work. After completing her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Guelph in 2014, Melissa enjoyed a focused career in business and commercial management within the financial service sector before joining Dominion Securities. Her years of hands-on experience gives her a deep understanding of what it takes for business owners and their families to navigate the various stages of their lives.

On the weekends you can catch Melissa spending time outside, exploring the trails, working on her own small farm, or simply doing a little fireside cooking. As a soccer enthusiast she will also make the time to take in a good game whenever she can, whether it be watching or volunteering.
