On a Personal Level

Although he was born and educated in the Vancouver area, Mark has had an attachment to north-central BC since coming here on an extended 9-week fishing and camping trip as a young teenage boy.  He fell in love with the idea of living here some day, away from the crowds and concrete jungle of Vancouver.  The dream of living in a region with vast tracts of wilderness, abundant fish and wildlife, and inexpensive real estate has now become a reality for him and his family.

Mark lives in Prince George with his wife and 7 children and enjoys coaching the kids in soccer, playing hockey and experiencing the great outdoors in and around the area.  His musical family very much enjoys singing and the performing arts. Mark took roles in Judy Russell's productions of Hello Dolly and HMS Pinafore in 2006 and 2007 and his daughters sing annually in the Prince George & District Music Festival.
