Eugene Dautzenberg, CPA, CA

Financial Planning Specialist

Prior to joining RBC, Eugene was a Tax Manager at one of the world’s leading accounting firms where he spent many years providing tax compliance and tax planning services to high net worth individuals, private companies and First Nations. 

Eugene is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University. He has completed and tutored the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ In-Depth Tax Course and completed the Advanced Tax Issues for Owner- Managed Business Course.

Dana George, LL.B

Will & Estate Consultant

Dana obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Calgary in 1999 and earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Calgary in 2002. She was called to the Bar in Alberta in 2003 and in British Columbia in 2005.

Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, Dana practiced law in Calgary, Lake Country (Kelowna area) and Vancouver. Dana was a litigator at a mid-sized law firm in Calgary. She started her own practice in Lake Country when she moved there in 2005. Her practice consisted of estate planning, real estate development and conveyances and small business corporate matters. In 2009 Dana moved her practice to Vancouver and in 2010, she joined a law firm in Vancouver specializing in estate and trust planning, estate administration and also advised business owners in all corporate, succession and real estate matters.

Dana is a member of both the Alberta and British Columbia Law Societies, the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts Section and a member of the Professional Women's Network.

Matthew Leggett, CFP, CLP, CHS

Estate Planning Specialist

Matthew J. Leggett, CFP, CLU, CHS, is a valuable member of your advisor's team, helping to create and preserve wealth.

Matt began his career in the financial services industry in 1995 and is a specialist in his field. Matt graduated from Bishop's University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. He has acquired the Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter and the Certified Health Insurance.

Tony Markin, MBA, CA, CFP, TEP

Vice President, High Net Worth Planning Services

Tony specializes in tax and estate planning for business owner and high net worth families. He has over 20 years of experience providing solutions in the areas of tax, business succession, estate planning and intergenerational wealth transfer while working both in public practice and the financial services industry. Tony believes in taking a holistic approach to provide comprehensive planning solutions for clients.

Tony is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner. He holds a Masters in Business Administration in Global Asset and Wealth Management from Simon Fraser University as well as a Bachelors of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.

Sean Murray, MBA, CMA, CPA, TEP

Estate Planning Specialist

Sean is an experienced insurance and estate planning professional. Prior to entering the life insurance industry Sean was a senior manager in the tax group of a national accounting firm. His experience includes personal and corporate tax, estate and succession planning, and corporate reorganizations. Sean, a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (Delaware), holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario.

Sean is a member of the Certified Management Accountants of British Columbia, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and the Canadian Tax Foundation. Away from the office, Sean and his wife Jacqui enjoy travelling and seeking out new destinations to explore.

Arne Perrin, B.COMM (HONS), CFP

Vice President & Estate Planning Specialist

Arne Perrin has been with RBC since 2000. He focuses on inter-generational wealth transfer, and succession and transition planning for family businesses, entrepreneurs and high-net-worth individuals. His goal is to help ensure your wealth is transferred to your heirs more efficiently and in accordance with your wishes. Specializing in estate planning, Arne provides solutions to various wealth management issues using insurance-based strategies. Arne can focus on both personal and corporate insurance solutions to help increase your net worth and reduce the impact of taxation today and at death.

Arne's commerce degree is specialized in "Entrepreneurial Management." He is also a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for the Business Family Centre at the UBC Sauder School of Business.

Doug Waymark, CFP, FMA

Financial Planning Consultant

Doug brings more that 30 years of experience in financial services to his role as a Financial Planner. Experience that has honed his ability to see clients successfully negotiate each stage of their financial lives. Committed to constant improvement, Doug has complimented his career experience with extensive professional training. He is a fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, a Certified Financial Planner, and a Financial Management Advisor. In addition, he holds the Specialist Trust Institute designation.

Doug is also active in the community, currently as a member of the Semiahmoo Rotary Club.
