Brittany graduated from the Bachelor of Commerce (Co-operative) Honours program at Memorial University in 2017. She concentrated her studies in finance and accounting, but also had a keen interest in digital marketing. Brittany received several prestigious awards upon graduation including the Faculty of Business Administration Dean's Award which is given annually to students who display academic excellence and outstanding leadership qualities. She also received the James Barnes Award, a distinction awarded to students who have demonstrated academic excellence and have been consecutively named to the Dean’s List throughout the commerce program.
Brittany completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities in 2018. In 2020, she completed the Derivatives Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course, a rare achievement for someone in an Associate role. In January 2021, following the completion of the Wealth Management Essentials Course (WME), Brittany was promoted to the role of Associate Advisor. Shortly thereafter, she began working towards her Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) Certification, the world’s most recognized financial planning designation, and received the certification in January 2023. In March 2024, she finished her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation, the industry standard for discretionary investment and portfolio management services.
