By planning for tomorrow today, you can retain more of your assets, protect your estate and leave a lasting legacy for your family. An estate plan can reduce the taxes and expenses of an estate, simplify and speed the transition of assets to the next generation and ensure that beneficiaries are protected. We will work with you to ensure that your estate concerns are addressed. Common elements of an estate plan can include:

Valid and current Wills for all adults in the family

Different types of power of attorney for all adults in the family

Evaluation of insurance coverage (i.e. do you have sufficient coverage?)

Ownership structure (i.e. the use of Joint Tenancy agreements)

                       Planning for incapacity

Advanced estate planning opportunities (i.e. the use of Living Trusts)

                       Taxes at death

                       Planned gifting

                       Pre-planned funeral arrangements

As every client has different circumstances, when necessary we can utilize the services of our Will & Estate Consultant for additional expert advice.
