Ernesto is so committed to his clients’ financial well-being that some have joked that he cares more about their portfolios than they do. Ernesto credits his half-Italian, half-Acadian heritage for fostering his deep passion and caring for people – and for life. An ardent student of the financial markets since he was 17, Ernesto draws on this depth of knowledge to help his clients achieve the life they envision.
His wealth management focus begins with a disciplined discovery process that informs his goals-based portfolio structuring. Ernesto and his team then continue to monitor each client’s portfolio to fine-tune and make course adjustments to align with any major life changes.
In his free time, Ernesto enjoys mountain biking, travelling, playing hockey and golf, cooking, socializing, and fishing for tarpon when he can.
Associate Advisor
Dylan supports Ernesto in all facets of the business, mainly in business development, wealth planning, and portfolio management. Growing up in an entrepreneurial household inspired his keen interest in entrepreneurship. Dylan has developed a deep understanding of the problems entrepreneurs face within and outside their businesses. By implementing our team’s planning-first mindset, he focuses each client on possible solutions rather than the financial challenges they may face.
A graduate of the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, Dylan earned a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Finance. When not in the office, you can find Dylan crafting recipes, socializing with friends, or riding his mountain bike.

Adam supports Ernesto in multiple business areas, focusing on investment management and analysis. Born and raised in Ottawa, Adam played competitive sports his whole life, eventually leading him to play hockey at the university and professional levels. Adam’s dedicated mindset and strong work ethic make him a valued part of the team’s overall growth and success.
Adam graduated as a student-athlete from the University of Ottawa with a specialization in Finance. Outside the office, Adam enjoys playing hockey and golf, working out, and socializing with friends.
Administrative Assistant
Kayla supports the team in all administrative tasks and keeps us running a tight ship. Prior to joining our team, she was the Assistant Branch Operations Manager at the RBC Dominion Securities Ottawa Preston branch. Originally from Guelph, Kayla made the leap from the publishing and marketing world to the financial industry, bringing a fresh perspective, editorial attention to detail, and organizational prowess to the business.
Kayla is a Carleton University graduate. When away from the office, you can find Kayla at the movies, at her family's farm, or out with friends.
