Gary builds long-term client relationships based on care, trust, and expertise. He values every connection he makes and takes pride in ensuring his clients’ financial peace of mind. From investment and retirement planning to business succession planning to transferring wealth to the next generation, Gary draws upon his experience and knowledge to deliver tailored advice to his clients. Originally from Hong Kong, Gary moved to Vancouver with his family during the 1990s. After graduating from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Finance and Economics, he acquired the Certified Financial Planner designation (CFP) in 2005 – the most internationally recognized designation in Financial Planning.
Today’s clients often find it beneficial to have a professional team make day-to-day investment decisions on their behalf. Gary has earned the Certified Investment Manager accreditation (CIM), which enables his team to offer discretionary wealth management services. To address clients’ estate planning needs, he has also obtained the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) to provide insurance advice.
Prior to joining Dominion Securities, Gary worked in various positions within RBC, building a strong network of professional partners inside and outside the bank, including those in Private Banking, Commercial Banking, and Estate and Trust Services. He takes a holistic approach to wealth management. When you work with Gary, you will also work with many of his close business partners. During his free time, Gary enjoys music and spending time with his family and his two children, Zachary and Mikayla. An avid cyclist, he trains hard and participates in many local cycling events, such as the RBC GranFondo Whistler and the Tour De Cure, fundraising for the BC Cancer Foundation every year. He is also passionate about motor racing and has been racing since early 2000. He often volunteers as a driving instructor for several of Vancouver's local motorsport clubs.

Tiffany graduated from Simon Fraser University with a degree in Communications and has completed the Chartered Investment Manager designation. She has worked in the financial public relations industry in Hong Kong prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities. Tiffany works closely with Gary to provide clients with a comprehensive range of wealth management services such as financial planning and estate planning.
Outside of work, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also enjoys running and cycling. Tiffany is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Associate
Tia joined RBC Dominion Securities in May 2019. She graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
Tia works closely with Gary and Tiffany to provide exceptional client service, manage account investment trading and prepare client portfolio review processes. She supports the execution of daily administrative functions by ensuring timely and accurate completion. Her attention to detail and prompt actions ensure that all transactions are completed in the best interests of our clients.
Outside of the office, Tia enjoys snowboarding, practicing Pilates and travelling.
Tia is fluent in English and Mandarin.
Elaine has over 18 years of working experience within RBC in various of positions from Account Manager, Private Banking Associate to Senior Associate at RBC Wealth Management. In 2019, she joined RBC Dominion Securities and successfully completed the Canadian Security Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) through the Canadian Securities Institution. Elaine focuses primarily on providing superior client service, handling account inquires, and administrative services in a timely and efficient manner.
Elaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University. She is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Outside of work, Elaine frequently enjoying the local cafes, checking out new restaurants and venturing out on getaways.
