Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, Phil held a role with an investment firm where he focused on investment policy statement preparation and financial planning. His experience includes incorporating a holistic wealth management approach, with focus given to cash flow management, investments, retirement and estate planning, insurance needs and tax planning strategies. Phils academic and professional qualifications include an Economics Degree from the University of Western Ontario, and Diplomas in Finance and Insurance from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario. Phil is a Certified Financial Planner, Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute, and holds Financial Management Advisor and Canadian Investment Manager Designations.

Thomas and Stephen both began their careers in the insurance industry in 1984, and are experts in their field. Thomas has acquired the Chartered Life Underwriter designation, while Stephen has acquired the Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, and Chartered Financial Consultant designations.
Catherine P.Z. Nicholls LL.B., TEP

Catherine received her Law Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1978 and has been a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1980. She was a partner in a small law firm and primarily practiced law in the areas of residential real estate, Will and Estate planning and estate administration.
Catherine joined a major trust company as a Senior Will and Estate Planner in 1996 and has since then focused exclusively on this area of law. She continues to focus on Will and Estate planning with RBC.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Estate Planning Council of Niagara and the Niagara In House Legal Council Group.
