Jeff started in the financial industry in 1987, on the trust side, structuring client’s estates and quickly learning how to protect their assets. Jeff holds his Certified Financial Planning designation and believes in managing wealth based on an customized plan developed with the client’s goals in mind. Jeff believes in giving back to his community and does so through his involvement with the Langley Memorial Hospital Foundation. He also currently sits as President of the Langley chapter of Big Brothers and Big Sisters raising money and awareness to support at risk youth through mentoring programs. In his spare time Jeff enjoys fishing and golf.

Dana George, Will & Estate Consultant 

Dana obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Calgary in 1999 and earned her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Calgary in 2002. She was called to the Bar in Alberta in 2003 and in British Columbia in 2005.

Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, Dana practiced law in Calgary, Lake Country (Kelowna area) and Vancouver. Dana was a litigator at a mid-sized law firm in Calgary. She started her own practice in Lake Country when she moved there in 2005. Her practice consisted of estate planning, real estate development and conveyances and small business corporate matters. In 2009 Dana moved her practice to Vancouver and in 2010, she joined a law firm in Vancouver specializing in estate and trust planning, estate administration and also advised business owners in all corporate, succession and real estate matters.

Dana is a member of both the Alberta and British Columbia Law Societies, the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts Section and a member of the Professional Womens Network.

Prior to joining RBC, Eugene was a Tax Manager at one of the world's leading accounting firms where he spent many years providing tax compliance and tax planning services to high net worth individuals, private companies and First Nations.

Eugene is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University. He has completed and tutored the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' In-Depth Tax Course and completed the Advanced Tax Issues for Owner-Managed Business Course.

Eugene believes that planning is critical to helping people meet their financial goals. Eugene's role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans.

Phylicia graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics). She also holds both the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designations, and is currently pursuing her Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation.
