As an Investment Advisor, Senior Portfolio Manager, and one of our team leaders, Jay is responsible for helping individuals, families, and business owners manage their complex financial needs. Jay takes great care in crafting personalized wealth management strategies, and fostering long-term and meaningful relationships with his clients. In conjunction with Tom Schuett, Jay is also responsible for developing our overall investment strategies.
Jay has the experience and expertise to deliver a broad range of financial solutions to our clientele, from high-net-worth individuals and families to corporate entities, and will stop at nothing to ensure the highest level of client service at every touchpoint.
Jay joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2001. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and also holds Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and Financial Management Advisor (FMA) designations.
As an Investment Advisor, Senior Portfolio Manager, and one of our team leaders, Tom is responsible for helping individuals, families, and business owners manage their complex financial needs.With over 15 years of experience developing wealth management strategies, Tom is an expert at helping his clients navigate their wealth journey. Together with Jay Elinesky, Tom is also responsible for developing our overall investment strategies.
Tom has extensive experience with intergenerational business and farm transfers and sales to provide clients with financial peace of mind. He enjoys collaborating and problem-solving with our extended team of experts to help clients find the best solutions to a range of complex wealth needs.
Tom began his career at RBC in 2000, joining RBC Dominion Securities in 2008. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and Master of Business Administration in Finance from McMaster University, and also holds Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and Certified Agriculture Farm Advisor (CAFA) designations.
As an Associate Investment Advisor, Karie is responsible for helping individuals, families, and business owners manage their complex financial needs. This includes creating tailored and personalized wealth management strategies, plans, and services that foster long-term trust and relationships.
Karie genuinely cares about our clients and their families and is emotionally invested in their lives, always ensuring she is a positive force that contributes to their well-being – financial and otherwise.
Karie joined RBC in 1994 and Elinesky Schuett in 2014. She holds the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation.
When Karie is not in the office, she loves travelling, exploring wine country, and spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs, Jax and Zoey.
As an Associate Investment Advisor, Jennifer is responsible for helping individuals, families, and business owners manage their complex financial needs. This includes creating tailored and personalized wealth management strategies, plans, and services that foster long-term trust and relationships.
Jennifer recognizes that money touches every aspect of our clients’ lives – good and bad – and prides herself on being a constant support that helps them navigate life’s challenges through planning. In recognition of her passionate dedication to client service, Jennifer was awarded the RBC Performance Convention Award in 2011 and an RBC Gold Award in 2017.
Jennifer joined RBC in 2006, and became part of the Elinesky Schuett team in 2018. She earned her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph, and holds a Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation.
Jennifer is passionate about travelling and exploring new cultures, as well as attending live sport events and concerts. She also loves visiting wine country and spending time with her family and three dogs.
As Team Lead, People and Operations, Rishan is responsible for maintaining our robust operational foundation that is crucial to our ability to deliver a world-class investment, wealth, and client experience. Rishan’s mandate includes helping to set our team’s vision, define and develop our culture, and build the roadmap of processes and behaviours that will continue to help us deliver successful outcomes. He is laser-focused on further deepening cross-functional collaboration, refining internal processes and technologies, and ultimately guiding our talented team towards shared corporate objectives.
Rishan joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2021. He is a graduate of the Lang School of Business and Economics, as well as a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
To Rishan, wealth management is all about deconstructing complicated things into simple ones, and he finds deep fulfilment in helping our team do just that in order to improve the lives of our clients.
As our Certified Financial Planner, Elvis makes it a priority to understand the complex needs of individuals, families, and business owners alike from a holistic wealth planning perspective. He will work closely with each prospective and current client to prepare and present tailored financial plans to identify and address any related financial, tax and retirement planning concerns as well as any other wealth-related questions, situations, and opportunities that they may have.
Elvis joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2007 and brings over 28 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on highly customized financial planning and exceptional client service for high-net-worth clients. He most recently was Vice President, Financial Planning Specialist with RBC Family Office Services and has been recognized in the past with the RBC Silver Award in 2011 and as a Directors Council convention winner in 2021.
He has acquired extensive knowledge in wealth planning over the years and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Financial Management Advisor (FMA), and Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designations, which is reserved for an elite group of financial professionals.
Elvis has also completed all three levels of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada rigorous In-Depth Tax Course and is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation.
When away from the office, Elvis is a big sports fan, loves to read, and go for fun drives in the country and most of all enjoying all of these with his family.
As our Marketing Lead, Andy supports the Elinesky Schuett team’s overall objectives through proactive, thoughtful, and impactful marketing strategies that drive engagement, amplify business development efforts, and elevate the team’s profile within the community.
With experience in marketing leadership roles within agency, SaaS technology, and financial services, Andy has demonstrated success creating and executing integrated marketing strategies that support business growth.
Andy joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2022. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
He is passionate about using data analytics and a client-centric mindset to deliver the best experience to Elinesky Schuett’s clients. Andy is an Assistant Patrol Leader with the Canadian Ski Patrol. When he’s not skiing in the winter months, he can be found riding his motorcycle, playing golf, and spending time with his young family.
As an Associate as part of our Compliance and Documentation team, Jennifer works closely with Associates and Investment Advisors to lead, organize, and manage all large documentation, compliance, and special project efforts. This can include (but is not limited to) supporting account opening, setting up and managing the estate process, solving complex situations for clients, and support with day-to-day account administration.
Jennifer joined RBC in 2000 and the Elinesky Schuett team in 2015. She earned her Office Systems Technology diploma from Vanier College, and has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) Course.
Jennifer enjoys the daily interactions with our clients, and has a great sense of pride and enthusiasm for her role. Specifically, she is proud to be part of the team that finds solutions to meet our clients’ complex financial goals. When away from work, Jennifer loves spending quality time with her family, reading a good book, baking, and if at the cottage, going for a paddle board.

Rebecca joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2019. She earned her Bachelors of Applied Science from the University of Guelph, studying Applied Human Nutrition. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) Course.
Rebecca has a tremendous passion for helping people, and it gives her great joy to be a part of a team dedicated to helping families reach their goals. When Rebecca is not in the office, you will find her spending time with her family, out for a hike with her Miniature Schnauzer, trying a new recipe, or watching a Toronto Blue Jays game.
As an Associate, Courtney delivers key strategic and tactical support across our business, including account administration, wealth management support, and day-to-day client service. Through her proactive, innovative, and professional approach, Courtney helps to ensure we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Courtney has been with RBC since 2011, joining RBC Dominion Securities in 2013 and becoming a member of the Elinesky Schuett team in 2014. One of Courtney’s favourite aspects of her role is the positive impact she can have on our clients’ lives. She enjoys directly assisting clients with their financial needs and providing excellent service to support their journeys. When she’s not in the office, Courtney loves spending time with her husband, kids, and dog on their farm. In the warmer months, she loves camping in their trailer and running.
As a Trading Associate, Boston is responsible for the efficient and proactive management of our portfolios' risk, liquidity, and trading needs. In close collaboration with our investment advisors and associates, he delivers the planning, execution, and ongoing management of the portfolios and scales investment strategies of our clients.
Boston started his career at RBC in 2020, joining Dominion Securities in 2021. He earned his Business Administration Diploma from Mohawk College, and has completed the Canadian Securities Courses (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) Course.
He is passionate about providing exceptional trading discipline and attention to detail to maximize day-to-day market action for Elinesky Schuett clients. Boston is a past-serving member of the Canadian Armed Forces, and after hours you can find him mountain biking, exercising at the gym, or on the golf course.

April joined RBC in 2017, and became part of the Elinesky Schuett team in 2023. She is passionate about delivering exceptional service and loves to engage with clients. When she's not in the office, April enjoys the outdoors as well as relaxing at home with her husband and two young girls.
Providing a world-class investing experience to our clients is a core value of our business. As our Client Experience Associate, Stephanie plays a crucial role in developing this experience, assisting and delivering value to our clients throughout every touchpoint and lifecycle stage.
Stephanie started her career at RBC in 2016, joining RBC Dominion Securities in 2022. She earned her Honours Degree in Sociology and Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Stephanie is dedicated to creating a perfectly curated client experience. When she’s not in the office, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her two young children, exploring their rural property. You’ll also find her enthusiastically cheering on her beloved Saskatchewan Roughriders during the CFL season.
As an Investment Associate, Bryan supports our team’s liquidity and trading needs, delivering timely and effective service while also proactively managing our portfolios. Together with our investment advisors and associates, he delivers the planning, execution, and ongoing management of the portfolios and scales investment strategies of our clients. Bryan started his career at RBC Dominion Securities in 2018. He also holds his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. Bryan utilizes his cross-functional wealth management experience to view the bigger picture and ensure our team is always delivering the best possible service for our clients.
