Senior Investment & Wealth Advisor
For over 23 years, Brian has been passionately working in wealth management to provide his clients with the clarity, stability, and confidence to enjoy their money. Before becoming an investment advisor, he worked in communications on national advertising campaigns for some of Canada’s largest brands, and in business development helping companies grow. He loved the entrepreneurial and client-focused nature of the work, but found his heart pulling him toward a career where he could help people achieve financial peace of mind.
Not one to rely on others to dictate his fate, Brian pursued his new path by apprenticing as a financial advisor and founding Eydt Wealth Partners, developing it into one of the most successful practices in Canada by helping clients create a clear financial vision for the future. Brian could not be prouder of his team and the relationships that they continue to build with their clients.
Outside of work, you can find him at the rink playing hockey, trying to improve his climbing time on the Grouse Grind, or enjoying the outdoors with his wife, Halle, and children, Makenna (18), Naomi (17), Cooper (15), Charlie (5), and Oliver (4).
Associate Wealth Advisor
As a top financial planner for seven consecutive years prior to joining Eydt Wealth Partners in 2012, Eric now serves as the perfect match for Brian as his business partner. He is respectful, humble, and hardworking, and approaches the creation of wealth plans for our clients with passion, always seeking to understand their goals and provide meaningful advice to keep them on track. Eric is thankful to work with a diverse and entrepreneurial team that empowers him to not only focus on the end results, but to also enjoy the journey along the way.
With a background originally in engineering, Eric is analytical, detail oriented, and brings the same focused energy to his work as he does to his “play” as a competitive road cyclist, devoted yogi, and fitness and health enthusiast. As one of the original Steed Ride Club Leaders, for over 10 years Eric has enjoyed promoting a healthy lifestyle through cycling and building community, and has spent countless hours organizing and participating in trail maintenance days through the North Shore Mountain Biking Association (NSMBA) Trail Adoption Plan. He loves staying active with his wife, Tamara, and daughters, Kiera (9) and Amelia (6). He is happiest when watching his girls at gymnastics, the pool, or on their bikes.

Happiest behind the scenes (where all the real work happens), Erin handles all aspects of client onboarding, from account openings to responding to client requests, and keeps our team in line and on track. After a short stint as a paralegal prior to joining Eydt Wealth Partners over 15 years ago, Erin brings a level of detail-oriented organization to our team that is second to none. She enjoys working alongside a close-knit group that prizes integrity above all else, and one that genuinely cares for each other and the clients we serve.
Erin is a proud mom to Jameson and Shea and enjoys spending time with her family – whether at home cooking, gardening, or crafting – or at the family cabin in Sechelt, B.C.
Associate Advisor
Aaron is a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional who brings over 10 years of business and management experience to Eydt Wealth Partners. He discovered his passion for finance and analytics while managing a high-performance health and wellness facility, and with a proven track record in helping clients plan and take action with their health, he is now committed to expertly honing his craft of helping clients manage their wealth and enjoy their money. He is passionate about people and loves connecting with clients, always seeking to understand their unique goals and helping clients stay on track with their wealth plan.
As a community-minded individual, Aaron enjoys developing new connections. He actively fundraises for the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) through the Hutch Fund, in honour of his late friend and teammate, Matthew Hutchinson. Aaron also sits on the board of directors for the Lightheart Foundation, which brings further aid to local charities supporting at-risk youth.
When not adding to his performance history of helping people maximize their financial lives, Aaron can be found coaching and playing hockey, training for the RBC Gran Fondo, golfing, or on the mountain with his wife, Emily.
A recent graduate from the University of Guelph, equipped with a degree in economics and finance, James is thrilled to be a part of an exceptional team of skilled individuals at Eydt Wealth Partners. While pursuing his degree, James worked as a junior financial analyst to further his knowledge and understanding of the field, and, since joining the team, has proven his eagerness to continue learning by immersing himself in the community, connecting with clients, and pursuing further professional credentials.
Enthusiastic, focused, and driven, James is working towards becoming an associate advisor on the team. When James is out of the office, you can find him on one of Vancouver’s many mountains. His passions include mountain biking, freestyle skiing, surfing, and golf.
Assistant
Before joining the team, Elaine worked in the business process outsourcing industry in the Philippines for over a decade, and then worked in retail banking at one of Canada’s largest banks for six years. She is highly experienced in fast-paced work environments and is an excellent multitasker with a keen attention to detail. Elaine is very excited to join our team of passionate and highly skilled individuals, and prides herself on always finding something to be grateful for each and every day.
Outside of work, Elaine is actively involved in her local church ministry. She loves spending quality time with her family and enjoys karaoke and movie night weekends with her husband Nilo and two kids, Asher and Candace.
