Anna began her career in the insurance industry in 1996 working with one of the largest financial planning companies in Canada and joined RBC in 2009.
Attending the University of Manitoba, Anna completed her Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. In her ongoing commitment to professional development and education, she earned her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in 2002 and the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation in 2012. Additionally, Anna is a member of ADVOCIS, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, which is the oldest and largest voluntary professional membership association of financial advisors and planners in Canada.
Connie obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto in 1989 and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1992. She was called to the Ontario bar in 1994.
Prior to joining RBC, Connie practised law for 18 years. As a partner in a mid-sized full-service law firm, her practise was varied and covered the areas of corporate/commercial law, real estate, and wills, trusts and estates law. In that role, Connie advised her owner-manager clients on a broad range of business and personal needs, from purchases and sales of businesses, to shareholder agreements and corporate reorganizations, to will and estate planning.
For many years Connie taught the Business Law section of the Bar Admissions Course and was involved with preparing the licensing exams for Ontario lawyers. Throughout her career, Connie has been involved in her broader community, serving on many non-profit boards as well as providing pro bono legal services.

Prior to joining RBC, Mark spent over 14 years in the High Net Worth Tax group of a Big 4 accounting firm in Toronto. Acting as a trusted business advisor for Ultra High Net Worth families, Mark was responsible for the creation and implementation of effective strategies for wealth preservation and accumulation in the context of tax, estate and succession planning for owner-managers of private companies, senior executives of public companies and professional athletes.
Mark is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter and a Trust and Estate Practitioner. He has completed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Advance Certificate in Family Business Advising, all three levels of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, as well as the Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business Course and the Corporate Reorganizations Course. Mark is currently a member of the Gift Planning Advisory Committee for Queen’s University. He has also served as Chair of the Board of Evaluators for CPA Ontario, Vice President and Treasurer for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ontario and was the Ontario representative for the International Qualifications Appraisal Board of CPA Canada. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the community, Mark was selected as a recipient of the RBC Global Citizen Award in 2019. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Queen’s University.
