In addition to his Bachelor of Business Administration, he holds three advanced financial planning designations: the Certified Financial Planner, the Certified International Wealth Manager and the Financial Management Advisor. Mr. Hilchey maintains securities licenses in three provinces and six states; and is also licensed with the Insurance Council of British Columbia. He has been honoured as a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.
Outside the office, Saul serves as the Fundraising Chair of the Georgia Strait Charity Challenge and is a Past President of the Gyro Club of Nanaimo. He and his wife, Alice, have two children: Benjamin and Annabelle.
