Ron has been providing exceptional service to his clients since entering the investment industry in 1986. As a believer in continuous education, he has complemented his Bachelor of Arts (Economics) Degree, with the designations Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute, Certified Investment Manager and Portfolio Manager.
For the past 15 years, Ron has also been involved with IIROC "Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada" (formerly Investment Dealers Association). As the national self-regulatory organization for the securities industry, their mission is to protect and educate Canadian investors.
In his spare time, Ron enjoys hockey, skiing, golfing and involvement with minor hockey. He is a supporter of numerous charities; including the Easter Seals Society and the Newfoundland Symphony Orchestra. His wife, Janet, is a nurse and they have four boys.
