Stephen has practiced in the financial services industry since 1982 and is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU). Prior to joining RBC, he held various client advisory and senior management roles.
Working closely with your advisor, Stephen employs a comprehensive process to assess your wealth management needs and then recommends creative, tax-exempt insurance strategies to help address them. For more complicated situations, he works with your other professional advisors in the development of appropriate solutions. Stephen can focus on both personal and corporate insurance solutions to help increase your net worth, reduce the impact of taxation and secure your wealth. He can also assist you in structuring your insurance contracts to ensure your wealth is transferred to your heirs in accordance with your wishes. Nicole Todosichuk, B.Comm, LL.B, TEP

Nicole received her Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Dean’s List) in 1991 and her Bachelor of Law degree in 1999 from the University of British Columbia. She clerked at the British Columbia Supreme Court from 1999 to 2000 and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2000. Nicole has also completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-depth Tax Course.
Prior to joining RBC, Nicole practiced law for ten years in downtown Vancouver, first at a national law firm and then at a boutique tax and trust law firm. Nicole’s practice focused on the implementation of tax and estate plans, Wills, domestic and offshore trusts, charities and business succession. Nicole is a member of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Canadian Bar Association Wills and Trusts Section and Charities Section and the Canadian Association of Gift Planners. Nicole’s significant practical experience in estate planning allows her to offer valuable guidance in the development of your estate plan.
Brad Boback, CA, CFP
Financial Planning Consultant
Brad graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree. He then articled with a national accounting firm where he obtained his Chartered Accountant designation and gained experience in auditing, accounting and taxation. After a number of years working in the Oil and Gas industry Brad then entered the Financial Services industry and soon thereafter achieved the designation of Certified Financial Planner (CFP).
Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, Brad worked with various national Wealth Management firms as an Investment Advisor and Financial Planner. His experience includes providing financial planning services to high-net-worth clients, and assisting with their taxation, investment, retirement planning and estate planning needs. He brings extensive knowledge and expertise to our team as a Financial Planning Consultant.
Brad's role is to work with our clients in preparing and presenting comprehensive financial plans.

Partnering with Investment Advisors and Counsellors across the region, she provides personalized service and tailored advice to help clients save time and effectively manage their day to day banking needs. With 5 years of experience in the financial services at RBC, Jessica is respected by her clients, her peers and the industry and has received top performer recognition. She has sought to develop her skills to offer best in class client experience and advice which sets her apart. Born and raised in Victoria, Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science, major in Canadian Studies and International Relations from the University of British Columbia. She is committed to giving back to her community through volunteering with the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Canadian Breast Foundation, Kelowna General Hospital Foundation, YMCA, Boys and Girls Club and Elementary Schools in School District 23. Jessica currently resides in Kelowna with her family but has lived in various places across B.C. When she is not hard at work for her clients, Jessica loves to read, cook and walk her dog, Winston. She also likes to travel with her family.
