Introduced in the summer of 2017, you can now send and receive secure messages to and from Nick and I, through the DS Online Secure Message Centre. There are many common requests that we can complete for you without a traditional, signed letter of authorization when we receive them through this secure two-way messaging system.

Some of these requests include:

  • Extra RIF/LIF payments
  • RSP withdrawals
  • Third party cheque request, and
  • Address changes to name a few.

This option is really handy and efficient whether you're traveling far away or stay-cationing at home.
