The importance of exercise for brain health has been reported by several studies. Two ways to get started on moving: planning walks with a friend, and wearing a device that tracks steps and movements.

It's easy to go on a long walk, with so many podcasts to listen to and enjoy. That’s my favourite thing to do when I walk the dog, listen to podcasts.
