After traveling the world with the Canadian military, Michele and her parents settled in Oromocto.  She now resides in Grand Bay-Westfield with her husband Tony and their rescue cat Bobbie. Michele and Tony enjoy year round hiking and are avid supporters of local live music and theatre. Michele currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Imperial Theatre and volunteers what time she can to Symphony New Brunswick fund raising events.

Michele is the past chair and a long standing member of the NB District Council for IIROC (Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada) where she works hard to ensure clients always come first in the investment industry.

She received her BA from the University of New Brunswick in 1986, with a major in psychology. After sampling a variety of careers, she joined the Royal Bank in 1990 where she filled many roles until deciding that working closely with clients to manage their wealth was what she found most satisfying. As a result, MIchele transferred from the bank to RBC Private Counsel where wealth management was the primary focus in 1995 and in 2003 moved with her clients to RBC Dominion Securities. While at RBC Private Counsel, MIchele completed level one of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program and subsequent to joining RBC DS she obtained her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and her insurance license, which qualifies her to offer a wide range of life, accident and sickness insurance policies. Michele is committed to continuing her education to better serve her clients' wealth management needs.
