Michael began working for RBC Dominion Securities in 1996, and by fulfilling a broad range of roles - operations expert, research associate, and program manager - developed the expertise to build customized client portfolios.  After a successful career advising RBC Dominion Securities' top advisors, Michael decided to move back to his hometown of Woodstock and use his knowledge and expertise to advise local investors.
 
Michael holds the internationally recognized designation of Chartered Financial Analyst (Charterholder #53943).  Denoting expertise in securities valuation and portfolio management, charterholders are also held to a stringent code of ethics.  In 2008, Michael achieved the Financial Management Advisor designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
 
Born and raised in Woodstock, he is married to his high school sweetheart Samantha.  They have two wonderful children, a daughter Olivia and a son Warren.  Past community involvement includes The Sakura House Cabinet Committee, Treasurer of Woodstock Special Olympics and teaching Investment courses at the local Fanshawe College.
 
 An avid sports enthusiast, Michael enjoys running, squash, the outdoors, and travel.

Shelley started her career at RBC in 1996 in her home town of Ingersoll while attending the University of Western Ontario. Taking on various roles in the branch including Client Service Representative, Personal Banker, Branch Manager and Financial Planner garnered her a breadth of knowledge of the financial industry.  She realized her passion working with clients and families, supporting them to achieve their unique financial goals. Shelley joined Michael Perry's team in 2019 where she uses her expertise and Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation to advise our clients with professional financial planning through all life stages.

With roots in Ingersoll along with her husband Brad, and daughters Madelyn and Annabelle, she is a first time dog-parent to Cockapoos and enjoys discovering new trails in Oxford County. Family time is treasured together in the summer exploring the Trent-Severn Waterway and other Ontario lakes as well as and practicing her new love of golf. Past community involvement includes in school teaching with Junior Achievement.
