Paul has extensive experience in the financial services industry, having begun his career in 1998. Paul has obtained: a bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) from Dalhousie University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. Mary’s University. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Certified Health Specialist (CHS). He is also a member of the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU) and Advocis.

Mary is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). She has received her Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie and a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University. Mary has completed and tutored the CICA In-Depth Tax Course.
Prior to joining RBC in 2008, Mary was employed as a Senior Manager, Tax where she specialized in tax planning for individuals and their owner-managed entities. During her career Mary has been employed by two of the large international public accounting firms and has a broad range of experience in mergers and acquisitions, business succession, estate and trust planning and overall tax minimization.
Mary’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans for clients.
Christy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree (Anthropology) from the University of Waterloo in 2006 and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University in 2009. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2010.
Following her call to the Bar, Christy was in private practice with a large regional firm and practiced primarily in the areas of Wills, estates and trust law and litigation. Beginning in 2013, she worked exclusively in the area of Will and estate planning with a major trust company. Christy joined RBC Wealth Management in 2018.
Christy is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.
Prior to joining RBC Family Office Services, Kim spent over 15 years working in the charitable sector, engaging with families across North America to help them develop personalized strategies that aligned with their charitable giving goals. This experience provided Kim countless opportunities to build deep and meaningful relationships with many of Canada’s leading philanthropists in order to help them realize their charitable giving goals and engage in bespoke engagement opportunities.
With this unique perspective on the intersection of charitable gift planning and major gifts fundraising, Kim works alongside the wider RBC Family Office Services professionals to provide strategic advice and guidance to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients in developing their charitable giving and legacy plans as part of their broader wealth management planning.
Based in Toronto, Kim is a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners, holds the Master Financial Advisor – Philanthropy certification and an undergraduate degree from American University in International Studies with a focus on International Development in Africa.

With 4 years of experience in the financial services at RBC, Shakir's advice based approach and client centric commitment allows him to offer the best in class client experience. During those years he has also given back to his community by participating it multiple events such as the Halifax Greek fest and Quinfest. These volunteering opportunities were vital in creating his extensive network within the communities.
Born and raised in the beautiful twin islands of Antigua and Barbuda, Shakir came to Canada in 2011 to study at the Saint Mary's University. With a Bachelor's degree in Science he applies problem solving and critical thinking in his approach to solve the everyday needs of his select clients.
Shakir currently resides in Halifax and spends his free time Hiking, Fishing and connecting with his peers.

With over 6 years of experience in banking services with RBC, Eliza is respected by her clients, her peers and the industry and has received Top Performance recognition. Eliza is strongly committed to giving back to her community and acts as a Board Member and Vice President for Hong Kong Canada Business Association Atlantic Chapter for over a decade.
Eliza received her MBA from Saint Mary's University. When she away from the office, Eliza enjoys reading, cooking and volunteering at local SPCA. Eliza is fluent in English and Mandarin.
