After graduating from the University of Montreal with his Law degree, Max was admitted to the Quebec Bar and began working with the Federal Government. In 2008, he began his career as an Investment Advisor providing wealth management advice to entrepreneurs, established families and institutional clients. In 2012, Max joined RBC Dominion Securities, Canada's leading wealth management firm. Max has the support of an industry-leading team of investment strategists, research analysts, portfolio advisors, financial planners, business owner consultants, tax advisors, money managers, will consultants and estate planning specialists.


Max spends his time between Halifax, Ottawa and Cheverie with his partner Scott and their twin daughters Claire and Rose. Max is an avid equestrian and enjoys skiing. Max serves as a director of Seafort Capital and is a trustee of the QEII Health Sciences Center Foundation. He's been involved with many fundraising activities, including with the Dalhousie Medical Research Foundation, Bridgeway Academy and AIMS.

Michelle Joined RBC Dominion Securities in August 2012, bringing with her 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has held various positions in retail banking and back office operations. She assists clients with all aspects of account administration. Outside the office Michelle enjoys spending time with her family, watching sports, and participating in outdoor activities.

Mary Isenor is responsible for providing comprehensive financial planning and wealth management solutions for clients, including cash flow management, tax, retirement, insurance and estate planning. Mary received her Bachelor of Science from Dalhousie University in 1988 and her Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University in 1990. She is a Chartered Accountant and has completed and tutored the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ In-Depth Tax Course. Prior to joining RBC, Mary was providing professional services to individuals and their owner-managed entities, specializing in tax planning. During her career, Mary has been employed by two of the large public accounting firms where she advised on the tax consequences of mergers and reorganizations along with estate and trust planning.

Paul has been employed in the financial services industry since 1998, and has extensive experience working with a number of Canada's largest insurance companies. Focused on continual learning, Paul obtained a Bachelors degree (B.Sc.) from Dalhousie University and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree from St. Mary’s University. He has also attained a number of industry accreditations including: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and the Certified Health Specialist (CHS) designations. Paul is also a member of the Conference for Advanced Life Underwriting (CALU) and ADVOCIS, The Financial Advisors Association of Canada, which is the oldest and largest voluntary professional membership association of financial advisors and planners in Canada.

Sharon graduated from Dalhousie Law School in 2006 and was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2007, and has practiced in the areas of medical defense, health law, estate litigation, Wills, estates and trusts prior to joining RBC. She also spent over 10 years in the not-for-profit sector working in the areas of media relations and community services. Sharon is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Halifax Estate Planning Council, and currently serves on the Board of Governors of Mount Saint University and the Canadian Bar Association's National Standing Committee for Equality.
