Our office space has undergone a few cosmetic changes recently, and we (but mainly Brittany) have enjoyed redecorating the space.

We were very fortunate last week, as Brantford artist Jack Jackowetz dropped off the newest piece of art for the office.

Born and raised in Brantford, Jack specializes in capturing the everyday, often unnoticed places and turning them into fine art. “It’s where you live. You may drive by it every day, but you don’t see it anymore,” he says. Through the process of his photography, he brings everyday places, objects and images to life with a vibrant, playful use of colour.

We are thrilled to have a piece of Brantford history on display. There are so many beautiful buildings and monuments in our city, and this piece wonderfully captures the legacy of the historic Brantford Armoury.
