no economic or otherwise inspiring business news to share, we landed on a podcast by author Daniel Levitin PhD. Dr. Levitin came into view about a year ago when he wrote Successful Aging and drew my attention during a CBC interview. Not only a neuroscientist, cognitive psychologist and bestselling author, Dr. Levitin is a musician and music producer for the likes of Sting and Joni Mitchell. There is much to say about the ideas and evidence that Dr. Levitin and his colleagues share appealing to all age groups.

Neuroscientist and musician Daniel Levitin says old age can be whatever we want it to be. He went deep into the science for his new book, “Successful Aging,” and he’s emerged with some tips.
We have attached a podcast link (tested and hope easy to open. It works best in Google Chrome).
Best of the long weekend to all,
