Senior Portfolio Manager & Wealth Advisor
Lilly brings more than 25 years of experience in the investment industry to her role as Senior Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor at RBC Dominion Securities. She works exclusively for high-net-worth individuals and families, private foundations, non-profit societies, trusts and corporations.
Her experience, integrity, passion, and client-centered practice is consistently recognized for excellence by national industry awards.
Lilly is a native of Montreal, and graduated with Great Distinction (BA) from McGill University. She completed her Master of Business Administration (MBA) at York University, Schulich School of Business. She began her career with CIBC World Markets in Toronto and New York specializing in foreign exchange, international and domestic money markets, bonds, and derivatives, in both trading and sales. She managed both institutional/corporate and retail clients.
In 1997, Lilly achieved the internationally renowned Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts, and holds securities registrations in both the U.S. and Canada.
In 2000, Lilly was honoured with one of RBC Dominion Securities highest awards of distinction - The President's Circle Award for BC in recognition of her integrity, dedication and professionalism.

Senior Associate Advisor
Jenn joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2007. She has 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry and holds the Financial Management Advisor designation. Jenn obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from British Columbia Institute of Technology. She has also successfully completed the Canadian Securities Options Licensing Course. Jenn helps service the needs of clients and their families and focuses on client communications, marketing, and research.
When it comes to client experience, Jenn conducts herself with the utmost professionalism and integrity. In 2014, Jenn received RBC's highest award of distinction, the RBC Leo Award. Approximately 0.1% of all RBC employees receive this coveted award each year.
Nichola joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2003 and brings with her more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Through several positions with RBC, Nichola has twice been awarded the top RBC performance award in her field. Nichola has a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University, as well as the Chartered Investment Manager designation.
Born and raised in North Vancouver, Nichola has lived and worked in Lake Louise, Alberta as well as Osaka, Japan, but finds herself happiest living in the Lower Mainland. Nichola and her husband Craig have two sons named Ronan and Arran. As a family, they enjoy cooking, biking, and traveling to foreign countries.
Associate
Sera joined our RBC Dominion Securities team in 2022, shortly after graduating with Distinction with a Accounting Diploma from BCIT. She has a keen interest in the wealth management industry, and specifically in the technical aspects of investment management. As an Associate, Sera is responsible for aligning your investment goals with seamless trading execution and holistic portfolio management.
Outside of work, Sera enjoys cooking and hiking the local trails.
Administrative Assistant
Margie has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, having worked in Singapore, the Philippines, and Canada. In her current role, she is responsible for administrative duties, including documentation, scheduling meetings, client onboarding, and helping colleagues and clients in any way she can. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
Her past experience focused primarily on inter-dealer brokerage, where she handled significant government bond transactions for financial institutions. Her commitment to ensuring client satisfaction is reflected in her consistent track record of meeting and exceeding the needs of these institutions. Outside of work, Margie enjoys spending time with her family.
Taylor joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2024. Her previous experience as a Private Equity Analyst in Australia adds a fresh perspective to our team. As an Associate, she assists colleagues in ensuring clients receive a high level of care, and solutions to their broad wealth management needs.
Taylor combined her passion for numbers and motivation to graduate with Honours with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Certificate in Social Impact from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. A firm believer in ongoing education, she has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH) to become a licensed investment representative. She is now working to attain her CFA Level I Designation.
Taylor has studied and worked in Australia, Italy, and New Zealand and most recently moved to British Columbia for her love of the outdoors. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending her time outdoors, hiking, skiing, or playing tennis.
