For Kristine MacKay, wealth isn’t simply about accumulation — it’s about purpose, possibility, and using financial clarity as the foundation for a meaningful life.
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Kristine has worked alongside families, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders to translate ambition into action and complexity into clarity. She began her career in the mutual fund industry before earning her MBA from the Schulich School of Business and joining RBC in 2014. Over the past decade, she has held progressive roles across banking, capital markets, and international wealth, developing a deep understanding of both markets and client needs.
For the past eight years, Kristine has been part of The MacKay Group Wealth Management at RBC DS— an experience that honed her disciplined, detail-oriented, and investment-focused approach. During this time, she worked alongside her father, Bruce MacKay, and the team to help families, entrepreneurs, and professionals navigate key financial milestones with confidence.
While Kristine now leads her own independent practice, she continues to collaborate closely with The MacKay Group, drawing on their deep bench of expertise and multi-generational experience when clients benefit from additional insight or specialized guidance. She blends that foundation of expertise with a modern, relationship-driven style that celebrates your story — your business, your family, your values. The result is a wealth experience that feels personal, transparent, and built around what matters most to you.
Kristine's guiding philosophy is straightforward: understand the life you’re building, design the financial strategy beneath it, and stay beside you as it evolves. Whether navigating a business transition, supporting women stepping into financial leadership, or helping families align legacy and liquidity, Kristine believes in equipping clients with clarity, confidence, and the freedom to focus on what matters most.
Off-duty, Kristine lives in Toronto’s Bloor West community with her husband, two young sons, and their Goldendoodle. She channels her love for adventure through skiing, hiking, tennis, and triathlons — because she knows firsthand that the greatest returns aren’t always measured in dollars. She also cherishes time spent up North in Muskoka with family, exploring new destinations through travel, and unwinding at concerts or discovering great local restaurants.
Kristine’s mission: To turn complexity into clarity — enabling you to make confident decisions for the life you want today and tomorrow.
