As the Chief Strategist for the Kothlow Unser Wealth Management Group, Margaret manages investment portfolios for individual private clients, estates, trusts, corporations, endowments, and foundations.
Margaret joined RBC Wealth Management as a Portfolio Management team member in 1994, furthering her thirty-year career with RBC Financial Group. She graduated in Economics from the University of Calgary and has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. Margaret is a licensed Portfolio Manager and Investment Advisor with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO). She is also a member in good standing of the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts.
Born in the Maritimes of eastern Canada, Margaret grew up in central Alberta and spent most of her childhood overseas. Currently living in Coquitlam, she shares her life and love of travelling and camping with her hardworking husband, Stephen, two adult children, Gabrielle and Sam, and granddaughter, Elinor. Margaret is a fan of outdoor time, including pickleball, hiking, biking, and camping.
