Doreen has been in the financial services industry since 1988, both as an advisor and as a wealth planning analyst, where she assisted advisors with providing high-quality financial planning services to their high-net-worth clients.
Prior to joining RBC, Doreen provided comprehensive financial planning guidance and advice to executives, business owners, professionals and high net worth families. Doreen assists clients in addressing all areas of their wealth by using a holistic approach to Financial Planning.

A graduate of the University of Winnipeg, Donald Bell received his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba, and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 1984.
Donald is a practicing member of the Law Society of Manitoba and has also earned the Registered Financial Planner (R.F.P.), Chartered Financial Planner, Certified Financial Planner (CFP), and Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designations.
Donald Bell is a lawyer who has held senior positions with several investment and life insurance companies. He has extensive experience from both the head office and field perspective in the areas of wills, estates, taxation, insurance, financial and retirement planning. Donald provides analysis and development of advanced estate, tax, insurance and wealth planning strategies for high net worth clients, working in conjunction with their advisors.
Donald is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the Institute of Advanced Financial Planners and the Financial Planners Standards Council (FPSC). He has spoken at numerous industry gatherings and public seminars on investment, estate, financial planning, and insurance matters.
Donald is also very active in his community where he is involved with a number of charitable organizations.

As a Premier Banking Advisor for the Greater Winnipeg region, Wanda Lavallée works as a single point of contact, providing banking and credit solutions for select high net worth individuals and their families. Acting as a single point of contact, she partners with Investment Advisors and Counsellors across the region and provides personalized service, and tailored advice to efficiently manage their day-to-day banking needs.
Wanda has worked in the financial industry for over 30 years and brings over 25 years’ experience in credit and lending at RBC to her Premier Banking role. Prior to her current position she worked as an Associate, Credit Structures in Private Banking, with a focus on relationship management and implementing credit and lending solutions for high-net-worth clients.
Committed to giving back to her community, Wanda volunteers with the Manitoba Paddling Association and the Canadian Cancer Society. She has also worked with several other charities, including the RBC Blue Water project.
Wanda was born in Manitoba, raised in Saskatchewan, and now lives in Winnipeg. She is married with two young adults now in University. She enjoys cycling, hiking and loves getting outdoors through all four seasons in her hometown and province.
As a Private Banker with RBC Wealth Management, Private Banking, Matthew Nishi provides comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to high-net-worth business owners, executives, professionals and their families in Manitoba.
Mr. Nishi has worked in financial services for over 15 years and joined RBC in 1999. Prior to joining Private Banking, he worked with business owners and employees as a Group Retirement Consultant to help develop comprehensive group retirement plans. He has also served as Branch Manager for RBC Royal Bank at the St. Anne’s and Avondale branch.
Mr. Nishi now works closely with his clients to provide seamless, unparalleled banking and financial solutions for clients with often-complex banking and credit needs. As needed, he partners with specialists from across RBC to provide a complete range of complementary services, from investment management to estate and philanthropic strategies, domestic and international trust services.
Mr. Nishi holds the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation, which gives him insight into the ongoing needs of his clients – both from a planning and a taxation perspective, as well as the Retirement Plans Associate (RPA) designation available through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Mr. Nishi is active in his community as a volunteer hockey and soccer coach. He has taken part in regular fundraising for the United Way, Habitat for Humanity and the Teddy Bears’ Picnic in support of the Children’s Hospital of Manitoba Foundation, and sits on the HR sub-committee for the Board of Directors of Community Financial Counselling Services (CFCS). Mr. Nishi is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children at the family cottage at Falcon Lake.
