Recent weeks have seen the revival of many economies across the globe. Not surprisingly, however, so too has the increase in numbers of new COVID-19 cases in these regions. In the U.S., declining conditions in southern states like Florida and Texas – some of the first to reopen back in May – bring about questions of how a second wave of the virus will be quelled.
