Jean-Philippe has been providing professional financial planning services to clients for over eight years. His practice focuses on servicing high net worth clients, business owners, and charitable organizations, in the areas of investments, tax, estate and trust planning, retirement planning, risk management, business planning and philanthropic and charitable strategic planning.
He recently joined RBC Dominion Securities’s Montreal office, after building a successful wealth management practice in RBC’s Toronto office.
Jean-Philippe is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining RBC, he worked as a senior accountant with KPMG’s Private Business Division. While at KPMG, Jean-Philippe was in charge of helping clients with complex tax and financial structures. Jean-Philippe is also a CFA® (Chartered Financial Analyst) charterholder.
As a Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Accountant, Jean-Philippe is uniquely positioned to assist clients in identifying complex issues and providing tactical wealth planning support consistent with their wealth plans. Jean-Philippe also works closely with his internal and external network of highly accredited professionals to ensure that to deliver the level of integrated wealth management expertise that previously was available only to the most affluent families.
Jean-Philippe is based in Montreal and services clients in Quebec and Ontario.
During his free time, Jean-Philippe enjoys spending time with his two-year-old son and his wife, who is a lawyer for Indigenous communities across Canada. Jean-Philippe is an avid cyclist and scuba diver.
