Whether it’s facilitating orders, enabling your team to operate from home, or communicating with customers, one thing is for certain, whether we like it or not, we are all working online. In fact, there have been many references that this pandemic has expedited this digital transformation.

 

To learn more about how businesses, both big and small, new and old are adopting and adapting to this new world order, Jim and I were joined by Lisa Prentiss, a senior digital strategist at MNP here in Ottawa. There were a number of great kernels in this interview. My key takeaways include; 1) Integrating these new digital processes isn’t as scary or daunting as you may think, and 2) There are a number of great tools, resources and information available to guide any business owner through this process.
