John Duke is a respected and established investment advisor that offers a broad range of financial solutions to affluent individuals, trusts, and estates.  He began his investment career in 1996 and has since gained the trust and respect of his clients by providing the highest quality service and advice available.
John’s approach to investing is not for everyone; his clients want to preserve their capital and earn a reasonable after-tax rate of return without a high level of risk.  Clients understand that they cannot achieve long-term success by chasing the latest hot stock or manager.  They appreciate his integrity and the benefit of following a clear, concise investment strategy with no hidden costs and excellent reporting.
John is one of few advisors that can offer clients RBC Dominion Securities’ elite discretionary management service, Private Investment Management (PIM).  This prestigious designation is only available to advisors that have completed rigorous advanced portfolio management courses and met strict criteria for compliance, years of experience, and assets under administration.
On a more personal note, John is an avid golfer and cottager.  He is active in the community and for the past 10 years he has organized an industry golf tournament to benefit the Starlight Starbright Children’s Foundation. The Duke family is well known for building and restoring wooden boats on the Muskoka Lakes from 1924-1979.  John lives in North Toronto with his daughter Madison and son Jackson.
