Michelle joined RBC Dominion Securities Inc. in 2000 & works closely with Jim helping clients stay informed about the performance of their portfolios.  Her role with the team also includes the coordination of Financial, Estate, and Insurance consultations, marketing & Estate processing. 
Since joining the industry, Michelle has successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), the Conduct and Practice Handbook (CPH), and Wealth Management Essentials (WME).
Michelle is actively involved in the community and volunteers her time with many local charities including Ronald McDonald House, Walk for Alzheimer's & RBC Run with Pride.  She also sits on the committee of Bring It! and is an advocate for children & adolescent Mental Health awareness.    

Andrea Sintzel

Andrea joined our team November 2017.  Andrea is responsible for handling the administrative needs for our team. Her responsibilities include but are not limited to; cheque requests, EFT requests, address changes, processing RSP/TFSA contributions, RESP withdrawals, deposits, RIF payments, and transfers between accounts. She investigates and follows up on client inquires ensuring any problems are responded to in a timely manner. Andrea is also our main contact for any tax inquiries that you may have.

Andrea is a fully licensed Associate having successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course, the Conduct and Practices Course. She has also obtained a President’s Honor Roll Diploma in Business Administration.
