After coming to Canada from China as a teenager, Jessica attended the University of Toronto. A big believer in ongoing professional development, she holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, along with other professional certifications.

Away from work, Jessica enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son. Together, they love travelling, golfing, and visiting with extended family.
