Jennifer was born in Winnipeg and moved to Toronto with her family in the 1960’s. Jennifer is a graduate of McMaster University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
After completing both the Canadian Securities Course and Canadian Options designations, Jennifer became an Investment Advisor with a competing firm in 1990. She joined RBC Dominion Securities through the acquisition of Richardson Greenshields in 1996. Jennifer has earned her Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), and a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) designations and in 2011 she completed a course in Advanced Retirement Strategies. Jennifer is Insurance Licensed and also a Portfolio Manager, which enables her to discretionarily manage client accounts.
The designation of FCSI is reserved for financial services professionals who have met the most exacting standards for industry experience, advanced education and solid endorsement from their peers and superiors. The FCSI is recognized as one of the highest honours in the financial services industry.
Backed by solid training, Jennifer firmly believes in a highly diversified and disciplined investment strategy and uses Strategic Asset Allocation to control risk and maximize returns as a means to achieve her clients’ individual investment goals.
Jennifer believes strongly in giving back and in 2011, Jennifer was honoured by Big Brothers Big Sisters Toronto as the Big Sister of the Year. Jennifer has supported the Santa Claus parade as a celebrity clown since 2003.
At home, Jennifer is a proud dog owner and avid dog enthusiast and a practicing gardener.
