Budd Wealth Management – Community involvement
September 13, 2019 - The Peterborough RBC Dominion Securities office participated as a team in the annual "Pulling for Dementia" fire truck pull. It was a great day for a great cause!
On April 17th, 2019 the Peterborough RBC Dominion Securities branch donated $5000 to our local YWCA.
On August, 18th 2017 Howie and some of our bank partners volunteered at a Habitat for Humanity home build in Peterborough.
The Peterborough RBC Dominion Securities office held a "Month of March" Food Drive and on March 19th, 2016 we volunteered our time to the Kawartha Food Share warehouse. We were also able to donate a $5000 cheque for them to use where needed in our community!
Howie sponsored Habitat for Humanity's Storage Wars event in August 2015. The event raised $53,658.50 towards a future home build. Below is a picture of Howie and his family with country singer Jason McCoy at the Storage Wars event!
Green Communities Foundation – Depave Paradise
RBC Dominion Securities donated $100,000 to the Green Communities Foundation. The Depave Paradise project helps restore the urban water cycle by removing unwanted pavement in urban areas and replacing with gardens. The gardens help restore ground water and repair our infiltration systems.
