“Do not save what is left after spending; instead spend what is left after saving.” Warren Buffett

I really can’t stress enough how simple it is to become wealthy, enjoy a comfortable retirement, and be financially secure.  It really is quite straightforward.  Over the years I have had the privilege of helping many Canadians achieve their retirement dreams, life events and meet the unplanned emergencies.

The secret isn’t in finding the lowest cost “free” trading platform available online.  It’s not in taking on uncomfortable risk to achieve a better return.    That will not do it.

The real secret in achieving your financial goals lies with you.  Quite simply, “do you have the discipline to begin and maintain a savings program?”

If you do have the discipline, then there is no reason why you can’t achieve your financial goals, such as educating your children, buying property, and retiring in the lifestyle you are accustomed to.

If you don’t have the discipline then I would argue you don’t stand a chance unless you inherit big money.

Your saving habits will change over the years.  That is to be expected.  It is anticipated that you will have a higher savings rate in your early years, slow down a bit once the mortgage kicks in and the kids arrive, then pick up steam again around age 50.

Without question our expertise in guiding you will make a big difference; sheltering returns from taxes, earning education grants of up to $500 yearly, reducing the amount of taxes you pay, achieving good returns, and managing your financial plan.  We have the experience and strategy to make it work.

My experience has been that no once you begin an automatic savings program here with us you will be amazed at how quickly things add up.  In fact, once people start to see their account balance grow, many actually “ramp up” their savings!
