Scott brings his 25 plus years of financial services experience to the clients he meets, including 18 years in public practice (six years as a Partner) with a local CA firm. He has worked with clients in the areas of tax, estate and business strategy including family business succession planning.
Prior to joining RBC, Albert was focused on providing professional services to an array of clients, from individuals and their owner-managed businesses to publicly owned entities.Scott is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario and has completed as well as tutored the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants’ In-Depth Tax Courses.
Bobby Hinduja, CPA, CA, CBV

As a member of the High Net Worth Planning Services team, Bobby, together with your advisor, helps you explore succession, tax, retirement and estate planning issues you face as a high-net-worth client.
Bobby has over 13 years of experience working with owners of privately held businesses to help them develop business succession, tax and estate planning solutions tailored to their goals and objectives.
Bobby is a Chartered Business Valuator, a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He has also completed Levels I and II of the CPA In-Depth Tax Course.
Mark Skeggs, CPA, CA, CFP, TEP
Vice President, High Net Worth Planning Services
Mark is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and a Trust and Estate Practitioner.
He has completed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Advance Certificate in Family Business Advising, all three levels of the CPA Canada In-Depth Tax Course, as well as the Advanced Tax Issues for the Owner-Managed Business Course and the Corporate Reorganizations Course.
Mark has served as Chair of the Board of Evaluators for CPA Ontario and Treasurer for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Ontario. He obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Queen’s University.
Mark works closely with your advisor to identify strategies and solutions on structuring your affairs in a manner that addresses your overall wealth planning needs.
Shannon Row-Ewing, B.A., LL.B.
Will & Estate Consultant
Shannon worked in private practice for ten years before joining RBC in 2010. She specialized in the areas of Wills & Estate planning, estate administration and real estate.
Shannon graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours B.A. and received her LLB from the University of Toronto in 1998. She is a Member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association Estates Section (Ontario) and the Oxford Law Society.
Shannon works closely with your advisor to provide you with information on structuring your estate in an efficient and tax-effective manner.
Shannon lives in Woodstock, Ontario with her husband and three kids.
Stephen Wiffen, CFP, CLU, ChFC
Estate Planning Specialist
Steve graduated with a BES (Bachelor of Environmental Studies) from the University of Waterloo in 1984 and entered the insurance business that same year.
He has acquired the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations – both of which recognize his specialization in life insurance and estate planning.
Working closely with your advisor, Stephen employs a comprehensive process to assess your wealth management needs and then recommends creative, tax-exempt insurance strategies to help address them.
He can also assist you in structuring your insurance contracts to ensure your wealth is transferred to your heirs in accordance with your wishes.
