With over 25 years of investment industry experience, Francesca is dedicated to delivering wealth management advice to her clients.  She is committed to ongoing professional development and, to that end, has completed the Professional Financial Planning Course through the Canadian Securities Institute, as well as Portfolio Management Techniques and Investment Management Techniques, earning her the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.  She is also Life Licensed, which qualifies her to advise clients on tax deferral, risk management and complex estate planning strategies through the use of life insurance.  She has earned the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation, which provides assurance that clients' financial futures rest with an appropriately qualified professional who will put their interests ahead of her own.

In addition to the educational symposiums and seminars Francesca holds that are geared toward educating women in all aspects of their finances, and the Financial Planning for Women course she taught for over 10 years, she is also passionate about children's issues and contributes regularly to children's charities.
Francesca lives with her husband Frank in Niagara on the Lake, and they have three daughters.  She enjoys reading, theatre, travelling and golfing, and spending time in nature.  Francesca participates in Tony Robbins' Mastery University and has walked on hot coals.

Karyn has over 27 years of financial services experience with RBC and is dedicated to providing thorough, efficient and expedient service to clients.  In the span of her career with RBC Royal Bank, Karyn held a number of positions within the branch network, including Mobile Mortgage Specialist and Personal Financial Services Representative, serving both corporate and individual clients.  In November 2006, she joined RBC Dominion Securities as an Administrative Assistant.  Between 2008 and 2009, Karyn completed the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course, which enabled her to become an Associate.
Karyn has been married to Paul since 1989.  They live in St. Catharines with their three children.  She donates throughout the year to many charities including her local United Way, cancer research, Heart and Stroke, MADD and the Niagara Peninsula Children's centre.  For the past nine years, Karyn and her family have volunteered at Community Care and sorted food throughout the years, as well as toys at Christmas.

Catherine received her Law Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1978 and has been a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1980.

She was a partner in a small law firm and primarily practiced law in the areas of residential real estate, Will and Estate planning and estate administration.

Catherine joined a major trust company as a Senior Will and Estate Planner in 1996 and has since then focused exclusively on this area of law.  She continues to focus on Will and Estate Planning with RBC.

She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Suzanne Schultz CA, CFP

Estate Planning Specialist
Suzanne Schultz is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner with a specialty in tax and estate Planning.  As an Estate Planning Specialist for RBC, she uses her knowledge of corporate and personal tax to develop personalized insurance solutions to meet the needs of business owners, highly taxed investors, affluent families and other clients.  Prior to joining RBC in 2006, Suzanne was the Associate Vice-President of the Tax and Estate Planning Group of one of Canada's leading multi-family office firms.  She was previously a Tax Manager at one of the largest professional services companies where she completed her CA designation with an honour roll placing and completed the CICA In-depth tax course.  She has taken numerous courses on tax and estate planning, including masters level courses on U.S. taxes.
Suzanne is the co-author of 78 Tax Tips for Canadians for Dummies, host of the HGTV series House Poor and has been a regular guest on the Business News Network.  She has written articles and contributed towards publications for the Globe and Mail, National Post, Toronto Star and Hamilton Spectator.
Suzanne's areas of expertise include the use of insurance for personal and corporate tax planning, wealth preservation, financial planning, estate planning (including U.S. estate tax) and charitable giving.

Jennifer Janeczko completed her Masters of Taxation degree at the University of Waterloo in 2004 after completing a postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning from Wilfred Laurier University in 2001.
Prior to joining RBC in 2015, Jennifer gained a unique understanding of planning for the owner-manager through various roles within the insurance and accounting industries.  Her professional experience includes working extensively with high net worth individuals and their advisors dealing with estate and succession planning, corporate and personal tax, insurance planning, family trusts, private foundations and charitable organizations.
Jennifer has over 10 years of taxation experience, is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, sits on the board of directors of the Estate Planners' Council of Hamilton and is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Prior to joining RBC, Bobby was a Vice President at a boutique business valuation firm in Toronto where he worked with business owners to help them determine the value of their business for divestitures, litigation, tax and estate planning purposes. He also worked with owners to help them identify the value drivers of their business.

Bobby is a Chartered Business Valuator, a Chartered Professional Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. He has also completed all three levels of the CPA In-Depth Tax Course.
