The COVID-19 virus and its global reach have created much uncertainty for many in recent weeks, impacting daily routines, schools, events, etc. As the outbreak continues to evolve, we want you to know that our group and RBC is doing everything we can to support you through this difficult time. We can assure you that we’re taking added precautions to keep our clients and employees safe. This is our number one priority.

Currently, our office is open and our team is operating at our normal levels. There has been no change to our capabilities and capacities as we continue to be available to you across all of our channels – in branch, online and by phone. We also know that life must go on, and that means you still need direct access to your finances – your portfolio managers, investments, online banking, etc.

If our office situation is required to change, we will continue to be available through video conference, email, phone and online. You’ve put your trust in us, and we remain committed to you throughout this situation.

Given the unique environment, we’re already experiencing a high volume of client inquiries. We know you have a lot of questions and we appreciate your patience. To help address some of the things that may be on your mind, RBC has provided some answers to commonly asked questions here.

We are also taking a proactive step to offer virtual meeting options to clients. If you would feel more comfortable connecting through a virtual platform or wish to postpone/change your meeting time, please let us know and we are happy to accommodate.
