Dr. Jonathan White is a professor of surgery in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Alberta and has been active in surgical education for over 15 years. Back in 2012, Dr. White co-created Surgery 101, a popular series of podcasts intended to serve as brief reviews of surgical topics for medical students. Surgery 101 has been downloaded more than 8 million times in over 200 countries and evolved into an app as well.
