Douglas is a graduate of the University of Manitoba and, since joining RBC Dominion Securities in 2001, he has attained several industry designations including the Professional Financial Planning (PFP), Financial Management Advisor (FMA) and Business Owners Planning designation. In 2003, he received the RBC Dominion Securities Outstanding Achievement Award for Outstanding Business Practices.
Away from work, Douglas enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Dan joined our team in 2022 as a summer student and continued to work with us while completing his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Manitoba’s I.H. Asper School of Business, where he majored in finance.
After graduating in the spring of 2023, Dan transitioned to a full-time role with our team. He earned his Chartered Investment Manager designation in 2025 and is currently pursuing his Certified Financial Planner designation.
Outside of work, Dan is passionate about health and fitness. A former hockey player and avid Winnipeg Jets fan, he enjoys weightlifting, golfing, watching sports, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Rose has been with RBC Dominion Securities since 2002, and joined our team in 2010. She draws on her considerable organizational skills to manage account administration and execute all trade orders. Rose is committed to providing timely, efficient and courteous service to clients.
Dedicated to increasing her knowledge of the financial services industry, Rose completed the Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Course through the Canadian Securities Institute, and is fully licensed as an Associate.
Outside the office, Rose enjoys socializing with friends and family, reading and spending time outdoors.
