Mona-Lisa is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA) and has a Bachelor in Business Administration (Major in Accounting) from Université de Moncton. Mona-Lisa has completed the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada’s In-Depth Tax Course.
Prior to joining RBC, Mona-Lisa was employed as a Tax Manager at one of the world’s leading accounting firms. She specialized in providing personal, corporate, and estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals and their owner-managed entities.
Mona-Lisa believes that planning is critical to helping people meet their financial goals. Mona-Lisa’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans.

Christy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree Anthropology) from the University of Waterloo in 2006 and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dalhousie University in 2009. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2010.
Following her call to the Bar, Christy was in private practice with a large regional firm and practiced primarily in the areas of Wills, estates and trust law and litigation. Since 2013, she has worked exclusively in the area of will and estate planning with a major trust company. Christy joined RBC Wealth Management in 2018.
Christy is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society.

As a Regional Trust Advisor, Claudia Morrison serves clients throughout the Northeastern Ontario and Atlantic regions and is located in the Ottawa office. Claudia provides strong organizational and relationship-building skills to deliver comprehensive estate and trust solutions for executors, trustees and beneficiaries. Clients appreciate her ability to explain complex concepts of estate and trust administration in terms that they can relate to and with sensitivity.
A graduate of Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree, Claudia has continued to deepen her knowledge and expertise with key industry designations such as the Personal Financial Planner (PFP) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations. She has also completed the Canadian Securities Course.
Claudia has held various roles in banking, investment counselling and estate and trust administration that provide her with a unique depth of understanding around integrated solutions to meet client needs. With more than 20 years of financial services experience, Claudia brings to each client the necessary skill set to provide both the technical expertise as well as the genuine understanding of the emotional complexities that underlie these issues. Jason is an integral member of the team, helping to create, preserve and increase wealth by incorporating insurance-based solutions within comprehensive financial plans.
Specializing in estate planning, Jason applies innovative and tax-efficient solutions to a variety of wealth management issues and is skilled at simplifying their complexities. His individualized approach to personal and corporate insurance planning helps clients achieve their wealth management objectives and reach their estate and financial goals.
Beginning his financial services career in 1996, Jason joined RBC in 2006. Beforehand, he spent 10 years with a leading life insurer, focused on providing insurance solutions expertise to advisors and their teams.
As Private Banker in Halifax, Tim Hilton provides expert financial counsel to a select group of high-net-worth clients and their families throughout Atlantic Canada.
Mr. Hilton works closely with his clients to complete an initial deep discovery to uncover clients’ financial needs and to apply tailored solutions that simplify and streamline the management of the family’s wealth. As needed, Mr. Hilton can bring in a full range of RBC and external specialists who can create detailed wealth management plans for investment, estate, business succession, tax or charitable giving needs. Tim also provides a sophisticated suite of credit tools that can support his clients’ current lending needs, in turn helping them grow their wealth.

When he isn’t travelling, Mr. Hilton is an active member of his community, volunteering his time with many organizations. A busy husband and father to four young children, Mr. Hilton spends his time outside of the office chauffeuring his children to soccer, hockey, piano and downhill skiing. If he gets the chance he also enjoys football and being active.

Partnering with Investment Advisors and Counsellors across the region, he provides personalized service and tailored advice to help clients save time and effectively manage their day to day banking needs.
With over three years of experience in financial services industry, Jordan quickly became passionate for providing exceptional service to his clients. Through a dedicated approach to client service, he takes pride in discovering new ways to support clients in a unique way.
Jordan is committed to giving back to his community and volunteers with coaching youth sports. He's also volunteered for "Pocket Change", a program to enhance financial literacy among youth. Recently moving from Toronto to Halifax, he looks forward to finding new ways to contribute to his community.
Born and raised in Moncton, New Brunswick, Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St.Francis Xavier University. He has most recently returned to the east coast after moving to Toronto shortly after attending St.Francis Xavier.
Jordan currently resides in the Halifax area and spends his spare time playing hockey, golf, and traveling to as many new places as possible.
